Return and Refund Policy

At Soul & Arrow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work with Printify to fulfill our products, and we strive to ensure that every item meets your expectations.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production error, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive a different item than what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

  • Print Quality Issues: If the print is blurry, faded, or otherwise unsatisfactory due to a production error, please contact us for a resolution.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or choose the wrong size, color, or design.

  • Wear and Tear: Products that are damaged through improper handling or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof: Include a description of the issue along with clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage.

  3. Resolution Process: We will review your request and provide you with a solution within 5 business days.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost once approved.
